"Easy process to switch over to State Farm. Easily able to connect with a representative by phone ( no automated service options to press ) and was able to get a quote quickly. Received all followup information and paperwork timely with no issues . The person who originally helped me was working remotely so I wasn’t able to met her when I had to go to the office for something but she was till pleasant."

"Bad experience. Can't access quote online. Spoke with Sarah and she blamed it as a technical issue. Never resolved the issue. I reached out to company again and they are unwilling to assist. AJ Fraley is sad and pathetic. I've moved on to other insurance company."
